Field Work in Lakuri Bhanjyang - Photo Story

Going for the Field work of Entomology was a real fun. We collected many Insects (living or dead) to support our field work. Here I present some photos  from our Field work in Lakuri Bhanjyang as a Photo Story.

Furtenzi sherpa Picking up the bus, and our journey begins here ;)

Members of our field work having some fun inside the bus

Way to lakuri bhanjyang.
It was a messed up road.

collecting a tools for our study after getting down from a bus

getting information about the tool that we were about to use

and here our work begins. we were divided into different gropus to do our works :)
i was in group 'C' and my team members were Manoj, Niru, Neeka, Poonam, and pramila

We were here. waiting for the house member to come. so that we could ask for permission to check their domestic goats

Manoj, searching for the "goat louse"
i am thankful for that aunty who helped us in getting some lice, this was really a tough job haha ;)

after collecting some goat lice, we proceeded further to get some Ticks. That DAI there, helped us to get some :)

My team members :)

posing for the photo in the middle of field work haha

Catching a butterfly.
DAMN! this was one hell of a job. that little insect made us jump like a retard haha
and finally Niru caught it.

we were almost done with our work,  and we got some time to pose for photo haha

catching a wasp.
This took us time, but not as much as butterfly :)

after completing field work we were having our lunch, and i saw something beautiful, these little girls were on there school recess and they came to that shop to have their lunch. they were holding their hand instantly and were not ready to leave their hands. BEST FRIENDSHIP, i must say :)

And finally, our work was done, this is what we did with the things we collected in our fieldwork :)
